Three of the deliberations of the council block le autorizzazioni per i nuovi parchi eolici. Con un disegno di legge istituta l'Agenzia Sardegna energia che gestirà e realizzerà per conto della Regione i nuovi impianti di eco-energia.
Blocco di tutte le autorizzazioni per realizzare parchi eolici in Sardegna, fatti salvi i diritti acquisiti di chi ha già espletato tutte le procedure. Lo ha deciso la Giunta regionale che ha approvato tre delibere che vincolano gli impianti eolici all'autoproduzione ed alla realizzazione in proprio dei parchi di energia rinnovabile. In una conferenza stampa di tutta la Giunta il presidente della Regione Ugo Cappellacci, ha spiegato che con un apposito disegno di legge viene istituta l'Agenzia Sardegna energia, a partecipazione pubblica, che gestirà e realizzerà on behalf of the Region of new wind power plants, thermal, photovoltaic and biomass.
