Meeting at the Renaissance to combat degradation
finally is coming officially "Coordination for Ascoli against deterioration." The Association announced the nine cultural (and environmental) that have developed and strongly desired: Friends of the Bicycle, Archeoclub, from Ascoli Living, Active Citizenship, Take, Foundation Fabiani, Italy Nostra, Legambiente, Province Nova.
The presentation is scheduled for next Thursday, September 30, 2010, at the conference room of the Renaissance Library, at 17.30 .
The idea stems from the coordination, strongly felt among the associations, to offer a concrete and (hopefully) help crucial in the difficult fight against the degradation of our cities (and, for now, the surrounding territory) in whatever form it occurs, is to begin by hatred and uncivilized practice dell'imbrattamento walls.
The primary purpose of coordination is therefore to raise awareness and improve individual and collective behavior of all of us citizens, so that we can be more responsible and aware in order to grow a stronger civic culture among the citizens .
Other primary objectives of the Coordination will also to unite and network many associations, representatives of various interests in our community, with the specific purpose of combating the deterioration in all its forms: urban, environmental, cultural, social, promote dialogue, exchange and cooperation between Associations, institutions, schools, citizens, the creation of an information desk, website and e-mail address and telephone number, and the people in charge of research with which to forge cooperation and information between the institutions, the forces of 'Order and the Control of Traffic Police, with the aim of bringing together with slums, and the campaigns in schools and cultural center in each aggregate, to sensitize the people (especially youth) to respect the common good, as far as possible by encouraging the development and growth of civic sense and a spirit of belonging to the local community.
Particular attention will be paid by the Coordination diligent in following the practice of Unesco and every event connected to it.
With this release we extend an invitation to speak at the debate that will follow the mayor and the city authorities, the Prefect, the Police, representatives of the police and the Province, the Municipal Police Commander; Bodies Printing, the Directors of Condominium, Associations with other cultural / environmental and all citizens interested in these issues.
